At Aargee, we only stock the best quality Indian incense and due to our volume of sales across Europe and the Americas, we are able to offer very competitive prices. We are continuously being approached by new suppliers, but we only buy from the best!

How do I find an Incense product?
There are two ways of finding Incense sticks and other products on our website:
1. In the top right hand corner of the screen is a search box, simply type the name of the product or product code into the box and click on the magnifying glass icon to start searching.
2. In the blue banner at the top of every page our products are sorted into categories, click the category you require and in the lighter blue banner beneath, you'll see a list of more detailed categories for you to click.

How do I add Wholesale Incense and other products to my order?
From the product's page, select how many cases you require and click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be automatically redirected to your shopping cart where you can adjust the quantity required if needed.

If you wish to add more products to the same order, click on the "Shop For More" button on the shopping cart page.

From here you can continue to browse our wide selection of Wholesale Incense and other products, adding products in the same manner. Alternatively click on the "Checkout" button to complete your purchase. The shopping cart is available from every page by clicking the checkout link in the top right hand corner.

How do I complete my order?
Firstly, please double check your order is correct. The shopping cart will display all the items you have ordered along with the quantities and the prices. Click on the 'Checkout' button to start the secure checkout process.

You will need to fill in your billing and delivery addresses. If you've shopped with us before, click "Log In" and we'll pre-fill you order details from your account.

You will then be presented with a page detailing your full order details. If you have a coupon code, please enter it here and click the refresh button next to the coupon code field to update your order. Also select your delivery method on this page too. Each method of delivery shows what you will be charged and automatically updates the order total upon selection. Please check your billing and delivery details and tick that you've read and understood our Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Order button will now be enabled, click to place your order.

You are now presented with your unpaid order. Click "Pay Now" to enter you credit card details.

Once completed, you'll be returned to our site and your order will be shipped via your chosen delivery method. Please note that we have not formally accepted your order until we've despatched it.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment by credit or debit card or by PayPal. Please note that the minimum order is $150.00.

Credit / Debit Cards
When you check out select the pay by credit / debit card option. If you use a credit card or debit card we will ship your goods the next business day.

When you check out select the pay by PayPal option. If you use a PayPal account we will ship your goods the next business day.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.

Managing My Orders

How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the details of the order. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day after we have received payment, however if there is a problem you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

You will receive a hard copy of the invoice with your parcels.

You can track your orders in the "My Account" section of the site by clicking on the "My Orders" button.

Here you will see details of every order you have made, past and present.

How do I cancel an order?
If you have paid for an order, you'll need to contact us directly either by telephone or email. If the order is unpaid that you wish to cancel, log into our site via "My Account" and click the "Cancel Order" button for the appropriate order.

How do I update my account details?
1) Login to the site via "My Account" and you should be taken directly to the "Your Account" page.
2) Click the approariate "Edit" button for the information that you wish to change.

Ive lost my password?
Click 'My Account', click 'Reminder'. Enter the email address used when setting up your account, along with the first and last name of the details used when creating the account and well email you with your log in details.
